Unique Fest Festival Başkanı Vahide Keşan ile gerçekleştirdiğimiz söyleşide Keşan; girişimci ve üreten kadınları bir araya getiren bir oluşum olan Unique Fest’in detaylarını okurlarımız için anlattı.
H ayallerinin peşinden gitmek isteyen yüzlerce girişimciye destek olduklarını ifade eden Unique Fest Festival Başkanı Vahide Keşan, Unique Fest çatısı altında özellikle ekonomik özgürlüğünün peşindeki kadınlara yönelik faydalar üretmeye odaklandıklarını belirtti.
Günümüzde artık girişimciliğin bir kariyer seçeneği olduğunu ve bu durumun iş dünyasının işleyiş şeklini etkilerken, bir yandan da toplumun sosyal dönüşümünü hızlandırdığını vurgulayan Keşan, “İstanbul’un en iyi AVM’lerinde yaptığımız alışveriş festivallerimize katılım sağlayıp; sonrasında hedefl erini hayallerini gerçekleştiren, katılım sağladığı AVM’de kendi mağazasını açan, atölyesini kuran ve büyüten, ihracata başlayan, ekibine personel alan, personel sayısını artıran birçok girişimcimiz oldu. Her biriyle ayrı ayrı gurur duyuyoruz. Ayrıca hayallerine giden yolda köprü olmak onur verici.” diyerek Unique Fest’in birçok kadın girişimcinin yolunu aydınlattığından bahsetti.
Bir kadın girişimci olarak tek başına çıktığı bu yolda, yine kadınlardan oluşan kocaman bir ekip halini aldıklarını sözlerine ekleyen Keşan, Türkiye’nin en iyi AVM’lerinde faaliyetlerini sürdürmeye devam edeceklerinin altını çizerek; “Ayrıca AVM’lerin gösterdiği hassasiyet ve sosyal sorumluluk bilinciyle faaliyet ve etkinliklerimizi desteklemesini takdir ve teşekkür ediyoruz.” diyerek sözlerini sonlandırdı.
WE SHED LIGHT ON THE PATH OF MANY WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS WITH UNIQUE FEST
In our interview with Unique Fest President Vahide Keşan, Keşan explained for our readers the details of Unique Fest, a festival that brings together female entrepreneurs and producers.
E xpressing that they supported hundreds of entrepreneurs eager to pursue their dreams, Unique Fest President Vahide Keşan stated that their focus was placed on creating benefi ts under the umbrella of Unique Fest especially for women in pursuit of their economic freedom.
Pointing out that entrepreneurship was now a career option and that this had a remarkable infl uence on the modus operandi of the business world while expediting the social transformation of the society, “We have had many entrepreneurs participating in the shopping festivals we held in Istanbul’s best shopping malls, just to see them realize their goals, open their own store in shopping malls, establish and expand their workshops, start exporting, recruit personnel for their team and increase their number of personnel. We couldn’t be prouder of each and every one of them. It is an honor to build bridges on the path to their dreams”, Keşan said, thus spotlighting how Unique Fest shed light on the path of many female entrepreneurs.
Adding that they had become a huge team of women on this road she once set off as a lone female entrepreneur, Keşan underlined that they were determined to carry on their activities in Turkey’s best shopping malls. “We appreciate and thank all shopping malls for their sensitivity, their awareness and social responsibility in supporting our events and activities”, she concluded.
